Knowledge is power. Throughout class through cuing you will learn about what’s going on in the body at all stages of menopause from age 35 up, and how to cope with symptoms and even celebrate this rite of passage.

The class will include supportive meditation, strengthening using straps and exercise balls, and extended restorative yoga to help lower cortisol levels. You will leave feeling strong and supported.

Connect and share. Numerous studies have shown how important community is at this life stage. Join together in sisterhood for sharing and support. You are not alone. A brief check in and share time will be included in each class.
