Grounding and Warming Asana

Here is a gentle 20 minute asana practice (30 if you add on the recommended 10 minute closing Savasana to integrate your movement) you can do in a corner of your living room, or office in my case. ;) Just press “play” on my January Grounding Practice Spotify playlist to enjoy the gentle music of Garth Stevenson (Dawn and Horizon), and Franko Heke (Gayatri Mantra) as you practice. When the playlist is done, your practice is complete.
