Today’s the day!

I’m so excited I can barely contain myself! This love of mine, Santosha Path, is finally coming to life. For the past two years, I have been learning, feeling (so much feeling), preparing, practicing, eating (my favorite part), experimenting, and (mostly) loving every minute of it, even when it’s hard. And tomorrow (which is today, or some other day for you as you are reading this), it will be out there for all the world to see. I am very much caught up in the feeling of all that, but while that’s happening, I want to let you know my main goal, hope, and desire: that it’s of service to you; that you will be able to use this site as a guide and as a resource and a place where you find that you are not alone, but have understanding and support.

What you can expect each month:

A monthly map with seasonal tips, occasional video posts (here’s my first video ever, a warming and grounding 20 minute asana practice), and recipes, either my own or from other valued resources. Here is the first map, for January 2022, which includes recipes for easy breakfast rice, healing lentils and butternut squash soup. The great news is that you can use the information in the January map for any cold, windy, dry season (fall, early winter) or when you are feeling Vata aggravated (anxious, ungrounded). Click below to join my newsletter list and get the monthly map in your inbox.

Future fun things you can expect:

I am going to start seeing private clients in spring 2022. If that is something that calls to you, please let me know and I’ll keep in touch. I am also in the process of setting up an online community where members would have access to seasonal cleanses, group support, additional assistance and evaluation from yours truly, and a handful of other goodies only available in the community. I am hoping this will be available in the spring timeframe as well, but if not, then by fall. If you are interested in this, please let me know; if a lot of people reach out about it I will prioritize it. I will also continue to refine and grow the web site; my online recipe box will grow over time and I am figuring out ways to make it most beneficial, searchable, and functional. I will also continue learning. Ayurveda and yoga are my passions and I just can’t get enough of learning everything I can about these timeless and glorious sister sciences. My specific interests currently lie in Ayurvedic Psychology, Hatha yoga, and transforming recipes into easily made Ayurvedic deliciousness. In the future, I also plan on diving deeper into herbalism.

Welcome to Santosha Path. I consider us fellow travelers and I so look forward to our journey. My heart is bursting!

Always, always, if there is something you’d like to learn more about, feel free to email me.
